What began over a decade ago as a personal journey on the mat has grown into a calling to share yoga in its most authentic and holistic form. With more than 12 years of dedicated practice and 3 years of teaching, I’ve come to see yoga not just as movement, but as a way of aligning strength, breath, and stillness.
Rooted in Ashtanga, my teaching blends asanas, pranayama, and kriyas—creating a practice that balances body, mind, and spirit. I’ve had the privilege of guiding students of every age and level, from curious beginners to experienced practitioners, and even leading my college yoga team to three consecutive championship victories. Along the way, I’ve curated large-scale sessions and competitions in Bengaluru, each one a reminder of yoga’s power to connect and inspire.

My Journey So Far
My methodology focuses on blending the physical depth of asanas with breathwork and mindfulness, creating a well-rounded experience that nurtures both body and mind.
1. Instructor - Sri PYK 2020 - 22
I began my teaching journey at SRI PYK as an instructor from where I also completed my certification.
2. College Yoga Team Instructor 2022 - 24
I successfully trained and led my college yoga team to three consecutive championship victories at the collegiate level.
3. Freelance Teacher 2024 - Present
I trained students of all age groups and skill levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. I have conducted Asana, Pranayama as well as Kriya sessions for my students and specialise in tailoring sessions based on the individual's goals.
